Modern Pain Science + Evidence-Based Counselling

My therapeutic approach is empathic, evidence-based, goal-oriented, and purposeful. I combine my expertise about the mind and healing with my understanding of physical movement to empower you to break the cycle of pain, to optimize the mind-body connection, and to build confidence for life.

I am passionate about simplifying complex topics, such as chronic pain, through education and the counselling process, and I am committed to helping you connect with your authentic self through psychological, emotional, and physical  explorations.

I approach pain and mental health concerns through a biopsychosocial lens in order to help you build safety, strength, courage, and clarity in both mind and body.
